Terms of use
Last updated 31 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to revisionpapers.com and the RevisionPapers app (together, “RevisionPapers”), operated by RevisionPapers. By using RevisionPapers you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian, who should agree to them on your behalf before you create an account or pay for Premium.
2. Your account
- You can browse much of RevisionPapers without an account. Some files and features need a free account, and some need Premium.
- Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account is for one person. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
3. Using our content
The notes, quizzes, courses, explanations, design and software on RevisionPapers are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use them for your own study and, if you are a teacher, for teaching your own classes. You may print or download them for that purpose.
You may not, without our written permission:
- copy, republish or upload our content to another website, app, group or channel, or sell it;
- remove or hide the RevisionPapers name, links or copyright notices;
- use robots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy pages or download files in bulk;
- get around Premium, sign-in or download limits.
Sharing a link to a RevisionPapers page is always welcome.
4. Past papers and marking guides
Past examination papers remain the property of the examining bodies and schools that set them, such as the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) and regional mock examination bodies. We make them available to support revision and teaching, and we credit the source where it is known. RevisionPapers is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by UNEB, the National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC) or any examination body.
Marking guides and suggested answers are prepared to help learners revise. They may not match an official marking scheme, and we cannot guarantee they are free of errors. If you spot a mistake, please tell us so we can correct it.
AI tutor. Answers from the AI tutor are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence service and can be wrong or incomplete. Use them to support your revision, not to replace your notes, textbooks and teachers. Do not type personal information into the tutor, and do not use it during an examination. Daily question limits apply and may change, and some tools (such as scenario items, exam practice and answer marking) have a smaller free allowance than Premium. Questions and marking guides it writes are practice material, not real UNEB papers or official marking guides. You may print them for your own study or your own class, but not sell them.
5. Content you share
- You keep ownership of anything you post or upload: questions, answers, files and comments.
- By sharing it, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt the format of, and distribute it on RevisionPapers and in our promotion of RevisionPapers, for as long as it stays on the service.
- Only share material you created or have permission to share. Do not upload published textbooks, or examination papers that are still in use or confidential.
- Files you share are checked before they are published. We may edit titles and descriptions, and refuse or remove any content.
6. Community and acceptable use
When using RevisionPapers you must not:
- bully, harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, or post sexual, violent or hateful content;
- share anyone’s personal information without their permission;
- share or request leaked examination papers, or help anyone cheat in a current examination;
- post spam, advertising or misleading links;
- upload viruses or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- click on ads yourself, ask others to click on them, or use any method to create fake ad views or clicks;
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s copyright or other rights.
7. Copyright complaints and takedown
We respect intellectual property. If you believe material on RevisionPapers infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@revisionpapers.com or through our contact page, including:
- your name and contact details, and the organisation you represent;
- the work you own and the link(s) to the material on RevisionPapers;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
We will review every notice promptly, usually within 3 working days, and remove or restrict material that infringes. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly upload infringing material.
8. Premium, payments and refunds
- Premium gives access to premium notes, marking guides and courses, with no ads, for the period of the plan you choose. Prices are shown in Uganda shillings (UGX) on the pricing page before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Flutterwave using Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel) or card. Their terms also apply to the payment.
- Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends you return to a free account; nothing is charged unless you buy again.
- Refunds: if you were charged but Premium was not activated, or you were charged twice, contact us with your payment reference within 30 days and we will activate your plan or refund you. Because Premium gives immediate access to digital content, other payments are not refundable once the plan has started, except where the law requires.
- We may change prices and plan contents in the future. Changes never affect a plan you have already paid for.
9. Advertising and other websites
Free pages show advertising, including ads served by Google, which keeps most of RevisionPapers free. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for advertisers’ websites. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimers
RevisionPapers is a revision aid. We work hard to make our content accurate and up to date with the Ugandan curriculum, but we provide it “as is”, without promises that it is complete, error-free, or always available. Studying with RevisionPapers does not guarantee any examination result. Always follow the guidance of your teachers and the official syllabus.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, opportunity or examination results, arising from your use of RevisionPapers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of Uganda.
12. Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or remove content, with or without notice where needed to protect users or the service. If we close a paid account without good reason, we will refund the unused part of the plan.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as RevisionPapers changes. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for important changes, tell members by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use RevisionPapers after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve a complaint with you directly first.
